About the role of a Project Manager (Drylining)

Due to a new contract award of a new internal packages project, this is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Project Manager (Drylining), to take their career to the next level.

You will act as main point of liaison with the principal contractor, attend all programme, design & progress meetings, mange subcontractors, health and safety and oversee quality & delivery.

Based in the Cheshire area, you will be working alongside knowledgeable, professional, and supportive construction executives who will provide you with the environment where you can thrive.

The company are growing rapidly and have a large forward order book of leading construction projects with an opportunity to progress over the next couple of years.

Experience/Qualifications for a Project Manager (Drylining)

  • Proven track record of working for a drylining subcontractor or package manager within a main contractor environment.
  • Relevant industry tickets and certificates.
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate project teams to work to strict programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
  • Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
  • Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

What we offer for a Project Manager (Drylining)

  • Salary between £60,000 - £70,000
