The overall purpose of this role is to deliver built-up cladding system, composite panel, rainscreen system, SFS, curtain walling, glazing, aluminium window and door packages safely within the commitment of the contract on commercial & residential projects within the M25 area ranging in value from £3m - £8M from inception to completion for tier 1 main contractors & developers. Be able to demonstrate a record of achievement and significant successes in the delivery of said envelope packages

Have experience leading and managing large full envelope packages in the capacity of a Project Manager or similar.

Have proven ability to create and implement the right strategy depending on the circumstances and requirements.

Have proven track record of delivery in a fast-paced construction environment working in the capacity of Project Manager on large scale, high-rise, residential or mixed-use projects ranging from £35 to £100 million plus.

Have a strong understanding of modern Cladding Systems construction techniques

Be educated to Degree level or equivalent in Construction Project Management or similar

Have experience working for a property developer or main contractor

Have strong people management experience, with a proven track record of managing several direct reports with varying levels of experience.

Have the ability to identify training needs for individuals on site.

Be first Aider at Work qualified.

Be fire Marshall and Scaffold Inspection qualified.

Be temporary Works Coordinator qualified.

Have attained or working towards MCIOB chartership.

Be experienced in project managing a high-rise mixed-use development from pre-construction and planning through to completion and hand-over.
