Are you a Project Manager with a background in the Gas/Facilities Maintenance industry or similar, looking to work for a well-established company who offer a stable Monday to Friday position, great work environment and excellent company benefits?

You will be responsible for the preparation of tenders, negotiating prices with suppliers as well as conducting site measurements and visits. You will also be responsible for managing the team of engineers and subcontractors.

This role would suit a Gas Engineer with a Commercial background, looking for a company that will offer you a stable position with excellent benefits and competitive salary.

The Role:

• Create tenders for clients and negotiate suppliers pricing
• Assess projects to evaluate requirements for labour and materials
• Carry out site visits for measurements and build great relationships with customers
• Communicate with stakeholders, suppliers and customers

The Person:

• Project Manager or similar
• Gas or Facilities Maintenance background
• Gas Safe certification
• Commercial background
