Responsibilities:

Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear communication for smooth project execution.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of 50 members, guiding them to meet project goals.

Governance & Reporting: Ensure good governance and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Opportunity Identification: Find new business opportunities to expand project scope and add value for clients.

Leadership Assistance: Support senior leaders with strategic decisions, project priorities, and resource planning.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience leading MES projects and large teams
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Expertise in governance, reporting, and identifying growth opportunities
