The Opportunity

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the management of projects within there organisation. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and appropriate plans are created, monitored, and delivered on time, and will develop and maintain effective project methods and governance to deliver projects to a high standard of quality. A key responsibility of this role will be the implementation of a new software platform called Dayforce.

Key Accountabilities
  • Review and improve project management methodologies and capabilities to optimise project success rates.
  • Lead the development of project plans for Planned Care Division projects, ensuring activity plans are realistic and delivered on time.
  • Ensure project plans are updated in collaboration with key clients and stakeholders and are distributed throughout the project team in a timely manner.
  • Attend team meetings, share the latest planning or development activities within the team, and update the project plan as appropriate.
  • Ensure best practices are followed in project methods.
  • Assist in the development and update of project risk registers, ensuring risks are identified and solutions are put in place to mitigate risks in a timely manner.
  • Support a program to implement a Divisional QMS approach based on ISO9001 principles.
  • Support in the analysis, requirements gathering, and specification production processes required for projects.
  • Lead the testing and implementation of the new software platform, Dayforce, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Person Spec
