Project Manager - Renovation

Location - London

Salary - £40,000-£60,000

About the company:

My client are a listed building expert understanding traditional restoration and renovation techniques for historic buildings. They were founded in 2004 with excellent growth as they started with a few polish builders working on local projects to now growing into the nationwide company it is today.

They renovate country houses and listed buildings from Perthshire to Sussex to Cornwall as well as many flats and townhouses across central London. As well as this they also cover barn conversions, care home conversions , garage to office conversions , extensions , stables , swimming pools and tennis courts.

The role:

They are looking for an experienced and confident Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the projects they have in London. You will ensure all projects are met on time as well as in budget. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking , leadership, and hands on project management skills.

Ideally will need 10 years experience in Project Management.

Would be admired if you have renovation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan for and get project resources such as budgets, teams, and tools.
  • Motivate team members, resolve pain spots, and conduct quality assurance to keep projects moving forward.
  • Communicate with stakeholders (including program managers) and project team members in order to to establish goal alignments
  • Carry out planning in accordance with your client’s demands, which will entail identifying goals and objectives, defining roles, and creating task schedules and timetables. Gannt charts , for example, may be used to generate a visual project plan.
  • determining the project’s scope
  • Keeping track of the project’s progress
  • Estimating the cost of a project and sticking to a budget
  • Identifying dangers
  • Troubleshooting
  • Leading quality assurance
  • Keeping to the timetable
  • Project resource management (including teams and workers)
  • Make any required adjustments throughout the project implementation procedure
