PROJECT MANAGER - Retail

Project Manager - Retail - immediate start!

Global luxury fashion brand, who are going through a period of growth, are looking for an immediately available Retail Project Manager to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract. You will be an experienced, firsthand Project Manager with strong retail experience, who is super organised to help and support them navigate tangible change.

You will be comfortable working in busy agile business, being at the helm of large-scale projects to ensure successful project delivery. You will manage critical path ensuring all stakeholders and brand partners hit key deadlines to ensure the project lands on time. As a point of communication between internal teams and external brands, your knack for ensuring projects meet quality standards, adhere to timelines, will be central to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and owning detailed project plans, creating new process and tool kits.
• Co-ordinating internal stakeholders across the brand consulting teams to ensure the program requirements are incorporated into each project.
• Ensuring third party partners have submitted all correct legal documentation.
• Overseeing the contractual process, putting the correct contracts in place, drafting, and amending clauses with legal where necessary.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining a project hub for each project through project completion.
• Steering the projects, owning the meetings, setting agendas, and driving the delivery of outputs.
• Ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

You will be a great communicator, able to remain calm under pressure and alleviates strain from teams with a clear and organised process. Be confident in stakeholder management, working closely with the senior leadership team, suppliers, and external third parties.

A minimum of 4 years within a similar role, preferably within retail. A detailed understanding of the full design process, from contracts and commercial agreements to design regulations.

You will have a proven history in project management within the retail sector. Must have a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. This is a 6-month fixed term contract, starting immediately working hybrid in their London Office.
