Project Manager - HR Systems & Business Applications

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for driving business process efficiencies through IT solutions? We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects—initially focusing on HR systems but also spanning applications, end-user services, and infrastructure.

You must have completed at least 1 SAP SuccessFactors migration from end to end.

What You'll Be Doing

?? Managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy

?? Leading cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver results

?? Overseeing HR systems implementations, particularly SAP SuccessFactors

?? Defining project scope, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies

?? Driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring seamless communication

?? Monitoring progress and adapting plans to meet project goals

What We’re Looking For

? Proven experience in large-scale end-to-end Project Management

? Strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors

? Expertise in business application replacement projects

? Ability to manage complex project data and make informed decisions

? Familiarity with PRINCE2, PPM tools, and stakeholder management

? Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.)

�? Desirable: PMP or PRINCE2 certification, HR background, experience with Hire-to-Retire processes
