A leading architectural metalwork installation company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in London. With a portfolio encompassing a wide spectrum of projects, ranging from £50k to over £5m, this role offers a prime opportunity for an experienced professional.
The Project Manager's Role
The successful Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective contract management. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing projects to completion within specified budgets and timelines.
- Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, holding valid CSCS and SMSTS cards.
- Utilizing strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel, to manage project documentation and communication.
- Leveraging experience in architectural metalwork to deliver high-quality results.
The Project Manager
- Proven proficiency in contract management across multiple projects.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Valid CSCS and SMSTS cards.
- Strong IT skills, especially in MS Word and Excel.
- Essential experience in architectural metalwork.
- Willingness to work on projects across London and surrounding areas.
