Project Manager - Stockport- (M&E Consultancy)

Up to £60000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

M&E Consultancy with over 50 years in the industry covering Commercial and Large Domestic projects across the North-West are actively looking for an Mechanical focused Project Manager, ideally originally from the tools you will be responsible for taking projects from inception through to completion, assigning sub-contractors and supporting parties and liaising with the Site Managers ensuring projects run smoothly and to the high standards of the business.

To apply for the Project Manager role the following is required:

  • 3-5+ years in a similar Project Manager position working for a building services or FM consultancy
  • Previous 'on the tools' Mechanical experience (Plumbing or Gas)
  • Confidence taking projects from the design stage and managing budgets and timescales through to completion
  • Full driving license coming into the office 2 days a week (3 days site based)
