System Management Specialist to join their team. This is an incredible chance to contribute to the success of a leading brand in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of system data fixes, scoping, and reporting, ensuring all projects stay on track.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on issue resolution and project progress.
• Maintain and update the system process map, reflecting all changes accurately.
• Conduct thorough testing using UAT checklists and coordinate with the wider business for smooth implementation post-major updates.
• Empower all users to operate confidently within the system environment.
• Operate at a superuser level within an ERP system, demonstrating proficiency and expertise.
• Apply your project management experience in fashion supplier systems to drive improvements and resolve challenges.
• Develop and refine tools, systems, and processes to enhance overall user efficiency.
• Design and execute a comprehensive testing plan, addressing all potential scenarios and system changes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to scope out and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Engage with various business departments to understand and fulfil their system and reporting needs.

Criteria for Applicants:

• Familiarity with working alongside system developers and any programming language.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM applications, and Power platform fundamentals is highly desirable.
• Strong experience, particularly in system implementation, data migration, system redesign, or project management, is desirable.
• Proficiency in Office 365 is a must, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
