This is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to join a growing creative agency that create and deliver meaningful exhibitions, events and experiences around the world. This agency have recently won awards for sustainability and are committed to driving positive change.

Due to a number of new business wins and an increasing demand for in-person exhibitions post covid, this agency are looking to grow their Project Management team.
Their Project Managers are responsible for the complete management of each exhibition project through its entire lifecycle. Projects are located globally and involve the management of a multi-layer supply chain.

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for client exhibits, overseeing end-to-end delivery. From design concepting and creative review to budgeting and estimating, to supplier management, to organising all logistics of the event, to managing physical products in the warehouse, then flying out for the exhibit build, managing dissembling the event and then conducting a project review to report back to the client with. Working closely with the Client Services team, you will be client facing and able to provide expert advice to support client decisions and needs. An important part of the projects that you will be involved in is post project debriefs. You will be presenting clients with data/metrics analysis and project performance indicators. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting new business wins, having a hand in pitch work for new clients.

What experience you'll have

  • Experience, preferably gained agency side, as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Production Coordinator, Exhibit Manager or Exhibit Coordinator.
  • A successful track record in delivering a number of physical (and virtual) exhibitions in a range of sectors.
  • Expereince working in events is also a plus, especially with clients in the renewables, pharmaceutical or aerospace sectors.
  • You must have good understanding of the use of technologies in the exhibit environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and focus on excellence and quality; ensuring that client requirements are met, and each project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to cope with a high volume project schedule.
  • Effortless communicational skills, able to liaise with a number of stakeholders and clients in a professional and calm way.
  • Good commercial and financial awareness with the ability to  accurately estimate project cost and analyse the profitability of projects.
  • Appreciation of good design, and a level of creative experience, having a sound understanding of build materials and production techniques including kit and graphics.

You will also be required to travel in this role, flying out to locations for the exhibition builds, sometimes up to 2 weeks at a time.
