gap personnel are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a specialist construction company. The area covered is Devon/Cornwall/South.

You will be working for a company who are the principal installer of composite panels within the manufacturing industry. Designing, supplying, and installing cost effective solutions to high standards.

As a Project Manager your job will include:

  • Maintain and develop the business with existing and new clients (99% of their business is repeat)
  • Lead construction projects from concept to completion
  • To oversee projects from £100 to £1 million plus
  • Manage and coordinate a small workforce and subcontractors
  • Ability to estimate projects
  • Maintain working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Be able to work on your own from a home environment
  • Strong IT and literacy skills
  •  Reporting directly into the MD

Hours & Pay:

  • Monday to Friday
  • £55,000 + car + fuel card
  • 5 weeks holiday
  • Home working (on site when needed)
  • Salary paid weekly
