Are you currently looking for work on a more regional basis, working locally on exciting new projects in and around the Manchester area?

Join a main contractor with opportunities to deliver on a variety of schemes.

Due to winning several large projects they are looking for a number of experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join their teams. The Project Manager's they are looking for will have a stable work history and have a strong build background with proven experience in running projects from inception through to completion.

The Project Manager's role will be delivering a commercial office remodelling scheme in Manchester £22million. You will be responsible for the project's running to time scales and budgets. Ensuring all deadlines and scope of works are completing to programme.
Their projects scope ranges from £20million up to £45million, so you will ideally have delivered schemes within this size. The Project Manager they are looking for will have experience in delivering both new build and complex refurbishment/ remodelling schemes.

They are looking for experienced Project Managers who are looking for longevity in a position.
