The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Project to join a leading Solar Farm development company. The role will be either office-based or site-based when required.

Job Overview:

Due to a structured growth plan and healthy project pipeline, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of varied solar projects. You will be responsible for managing the complete construction phase, from initial planning to project completion. Working closely with stakeholders, design team, sub-contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, in budget, and meeting quality service levels.

Some of your duties will include:

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate project specifications and requirements
• Oversee the bidding process and negotiate contracts with construction partners
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality

What do you need to succeed?

• Demonstrable track record in a Project Manager role
• Track record in delivering construction projects, ideally in Solar.
• Able to demonstrate leadership skills
• Risk Management
• Willingness to stay away from home
