Project Manager

Position: On Site Project Manager

Location: Swindon

Duration: Permanent or Temp to Perm

Salary: Up to £55,000per annum

We are looking for an experienced Small Works Projects Manager for a full time position based on a large static site in Swindon

This position will be managing small works within this large site. This will include:

• On site health and safety
• Vet sub contractingcompanies
• Sub contractorcompliance (insurance, health and safety etc)
• Managing the projects on site
• Laise constantly with the client
• Working with the client and sub contractorsadjusting design
• Manage the on sitebudgets

This project manager will be managing the small works that could include new windows, bathroom refurbs, floor and ceiling replacements etc

The right person for this position will have on site commercial projects experience. It is essential that they have a strong knowledge of CDM (construction design management) and a very strong Health & Safety knowledge. They do need experience with refurbishment projects

Package

• Basic salary up to £45,000
• Monday to Friday position
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Immediate start is required
