Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they adhere to set timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the Defence & Security sector.
  • Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records.
  • Developing and managing project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in project management within the Defence & Security sector.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant project management qualifications or equivalent experience.
