About the Company

Due to continued growth my client are seeking to employ a Project Manager. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking, progressive, expanding Project Management Consultancy. You would be joining an established and firm where you can really make an impact on the business and your own future. As a firm that is recognised for managing bespoke and complex projects from new build residential and conversion projects, sports centres and art galleries through to Grade l and ll * listed restoration projects to name a few. The Project Manager role would allow you the opportunity to develop your skills across this wide spectrum of projects. Their projects are exciting, innovative and require an ability to be managed in a dynamic manner.

What you will be doing

  • Delivery of projects
  • Prepare Gantt charts, organisation charts, status reports and project execution plans
  • Manage project coordination and project reporting
  • Liaise, consult and engage and manage external project teams appointed to each project including - Architects, Engineers and other design specialists.
  • Attend site inspections and site meetings
  • Attend and minute project meetings
  • Administer Contracts
  • Procure services and works on behalf of our Clients and projects
  • Support to junior member of the team and senior staff
  • Mostly working on Residential and Commercial projects, you may also be working on Museums, Theme parks and hotel projects. Project values - £3.5million, £5million. £300m.

What your background should look like

  • You will have a Construction, Engineering or QS degree ideally with minimum of 3 yrs experience working for a Consultancy.
  • Capable of working in a fairly autonomous role and will have a Senior PM to support you. You would be able to take the reigns and run from first stage to completion.
  • You MUST be eligible to work in the UK and have relevant UK experience.
  • You will need to have a driving license and your own car
