We are seeking a talented Property/Project Manager to spearhead the development of our client's new and existing stores throughout the UK. Positioned at their Leicestershire headquarters, you will orchestrate the complete shop fit-out process, working closely with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver flawless execution.
Description of the role:
- Manage new store fit outs and updates for existing stores.
- Coordinate with management to align project timelines with existing schedules.
- Oversee seasonal maintenance and smaller projects.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Provide regular project status updates to the leadership team.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety regulations throughout all projects.
- Manage subcontractors and trades for timely completion of tasks.
- Control project budgets to optimise efficiency and profitability.
- Organise and lead internal, client, and subcontractor meetings.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and manage the tender process.
- Manage the installation, updating, and servicing of our showroom displays.
About you:
- Proven Project Management experience in a fit-out environment.
- PMP Qualification (Prince2, AMP) preferred.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Financial and commercial awareness.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- AutoCAD proficiency and familiarity with relevant design software are advantageous.
- Understanding of HVAC and M&E works.
- Attention to detail with a design-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
