We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for our client who are a specialist rainwater management company, working withing the construction sector.

Working from their Head Office in Rotherham, you will be reporting directly to the Contracts Manager and will have the responsibility of managing projects from internal handover to final completion.

As a Project Manager, your duties will be: -

" Appoint and monitor installation teams.
" Control labour costs.
" Provide up to date project programmes.
" Attend and contribute to client and contracts meetings.
" Collate, manage, and sign off snagging works.
" Responsible for all site health and safety procedures and compliance by all site personnel.
" Liaise with all departments to ensure compliance and effective site set up.
" Ensure quality of workmanship is in line with the project designers.
" Monitor programme of works and identify shortfalls and solutions.
" Attend regular contracts and meetings to report on and discuss workload, project difficulties and opportunities.

The successful Project Manager will have the following skills: -

" Experience in project management within the construction industry is desirable but not essential.
" Must have CSCS and construction knowledge.
" Must be able to bring projects in on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
" Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
" Highly organised with excellent time management skills.

Additional Information

" Competitive salary of up to £44,000.

This role is office based except when travelling nationwide to visit projects with the occasional overnight stay.
