Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Gas Management division, supporting National Gas Asset Health framework contracts across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of site staff and resolving site issues
- Development and implementation of Safety documentation including Health and Safety Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments
- Monitoring the performance of site staff with respect to Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment
- Ensuring full compliance with all procedures and current industry legislation, guidance, and best practices
- Client liaison including organising progress meetings, pre-start meetings, and client audits
- Implementation of appropriate contractual change control, ensuring cost value reconciliation, program, and quality impacts are captured
- Planning and programming of current and future works
- Subcontractor procurement and monitoring
- Experience in project management within the utilities sector
- CSCS Card or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple disciplines, work streams, and sites
- Capability to develop and work within collaborative client relationships
- Knowledge of budgeting, estimating, and cost value reconciliation
- IT literacy, specifically in a Windows-based operating environment
- Familiarity with contract documents and specifications
- Understanding of current legislation relating to Health, Safety, and Environment
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or an Electrical discipline
- Full Driving Licence
