My client is seeking to add an experienced Project Manager to their highly successful portfolio of brands.  This is a part-time role encompassing a three-day week, initially office bound in Winnersh.

The core duties are as follows: -

  • Develop project scope and plan
    • Including measurable deliverables
    • Work closely with Project Sponsor and Key Stakeholders
    • Manage work efforts for team members

       
  • Co-ordinate and monitor project execution and progress
    • Maintain accurate and timely project plans, meeting notes, status reporting and other relevant project documentation
    • Schedule and facilitate project meetings
    • Lead solutions through stakeholders and team members

       
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and manage risks using the available tools
    • Escalate risks, issues and delays and communicating potential impact to project(s)

       
  • Project administration and feedback follow up
    • Share lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships with stakeholders and brokering relationships at all levels

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Science or Technology together with 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role. This role will require travel both nationally and internationally.
