- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee multiple fit-out projects across various retail and supermarket sites
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams
- Manage project schedules, resources, and staff assignments
- Conduct site visits and progress meetings nationwide
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety on-site
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management
- **Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Shopfitting sector
- Must be based in or local to Tamworth.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country as needed
- Relevant qualifications in project management or construction-related fields
- **Desirable**:
- A track record of successful project delivery in the retail and supermarket sector
- Familiarity with the latest industry trends, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
