Project Manager – 6 Month Contract – Inside IR35 – Fully Remote

VIQU have partnered with a global e-commerce organisation who are seeking Project Manager for a high-profile project based around Content Management Systems (CMS).

This role is perfect for someone who excels in tracking, documentation and process – all while keeping the wider vision of the project in mind!

Project Manager Role overview:

You’ll work closely with the new lead for a global CMS project, focusing on tracking multiple project tracks (up to 20) and ensuring that everything stays on course. Your role as Project Manager will involve organizing the project, setting up dashboards in JIRA, and putting processes in place to ensure smooth execution. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, particularly CMS, and the ability to manage technical aspects of website development projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the lead in managing the project, focusing on tracking multiple workstreams and maintaining overall project alignment.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline project management and ensure all team members are aligned.
• Set up and maintain dashboards in JIRA for efficient project tracking and reporting.
• Organize and document project activities, ensuring that all necessary information is accessible and clear to the team.
• Maintain a big-picture view while managing the details of various project tracks.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in project management or project support roles, particularly within digital or CMS projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and track multiple project tracks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in JIRA, including dashboard setup and reporting.
• Experience with website development projects, with a solid understanding of CMS platforms (Drupal knowledge is a plus, but not essential).
• Ability to document and implement processes effectively, ensuring clarity and alignment across the team.
• Technically savvy, with an understanding of front-end development and templates in the context of digital platforms.
