Gleeson Recruitment have just been briefed on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established Midlands based organisation. We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager who has experience with end to end large scale technical transformation and complex projects.

IT Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects to customer requirements, deadlines, and budgets
  • Lead the project team, define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and plan and track project timelines
  • Develop best practices for project execution and management, draft and submit budget proposals, and assign tasks to team members
  • Identify and resolve project issues, proactively manage changes in project scope, and coach and mentor the project team

IT Project Manager Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in managing IT projects
  • Experience in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning systems
  • Business process modelling and requirements analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and strong motivation and time management skills
  • Valid UK Driving License
  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred, Prince 2 Practitioner certification is a plus
