Responsibilities
- Project scoping, costing, contract review and negotiation
- Project planning including engineer resourcing (internal or sub-contract) and pre-requisite engineer training/certification
- Pre-let meetings and site surveys
- Project initiation including risk assessment, method statements and H&S procedures
- Ensure project progress to plan and budget
- Identify and manage variations, including costing, quote and client approval
- Liaise between install team, back office technical team and client to resolve technical issues

Essential Skills/ Qualifications
- CSCS/SSSTS Card Holder
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and able to read technical drawings
- Prince2 / PMP certificate
- Previous experience of managing various projects
- Good knowledge of Excel
