Project Quantity Surveyor

A local Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive number of projects across the UK, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor who enjoys working on fast paced, quick turn-around projects.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a small quantity surveying team in the Southwest London/Surrey area, which is led by an extremely personable, relaxed, and experienced Partnership team who remain hands-on.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be travelling to different sites for a mixture of holiday home, high end leisure, and education projects where you will deliver a full cost management service.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS or working towards
• Driving licence and car - happy to travel to projects across the UK
• UK cost consultancy / cost management experience
• Pre and post contract experience
• Client facing
• Happy working on fast paced projects

In Return?

• £55,000 - £60,000
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + 3 days for Christmas
• 2 days a week in the office
