A UK wide Construction and Property Consultancy with a focus on the future of the business, are seeking a chartered Quantity Surveyor for the London office.

The Project Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor's will be predominantly responsible for carrying out the day to day, pre and post cost management on a broad range of projects within the residential (LA, private, and later living) and commercial fields.

The Project Quantity Surveyor will also support the senior leadership team from an EA and PM perspective, whilst also being training in the ways of business development.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • Chartered
  • Experience within a UK cost consultancy / cost management environment
  • Real estate / built environment project experience
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Comfortable with clients
  • Any EA or PM experience would be a plus
