Job Title: Complex Needs Project Worker!

Location: Camden

Salary: £14.00 per hour + holiday pay

Contract: Temporary (3-6 months, possible extension)

Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week on a rota (early shifts: 8AM - 4PM, late shifts: 2:30PM - 10:30PM), Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 9 clients, create Support Plans, and conduct assessments.
  • Respond to referrals and identify care pathways.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and support agencies.
  • Assist residents with benefits, rent collection, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and report maintenance issues, conduct housing checks.
  • Respond to challenges in a psychologically-informed manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience with complex needs clients.
  • Understanding of residential support services.
  • Strong assessment and support planning skills.
  • Ability to handle crises and complex situations.
  • Knowledge of Strengths and Recovery model and PIE.
  • Proficient IT skills.
