LOCATION:               Weston
HOURS:                     full & part time available – shifts
SALARY:                   £12.82 PAYE inc.
DURATION:               2 months +
START DATE:           ASAP
 
Are you passionate about making a real difference in young people's lives? Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Worker to join our team. As part of a Foyer service, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, person-centred support to empower our clients to develop the skills necessary for independent living.
  • Shift work including evenings, weekends (subject to service requirements)
  • Contribute, as appropriate, to special programs and projects in support of the Group’s objectives
  • Deliver one to one support, to include risk and needs assessments and support plans
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience in support work and youth support
  • Demonstrated expertise in tenancy sustainment
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding principles and responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification or training in safeguarding and risk assessment
  • Relevant qualification in social services or related field
  • An enhanced DBS check
