Projects Associate 3+PQE: Bristol

We are currently seeking a Projects Associate to join our client's team based in Bristol. Our client, a leading organisation, is expanding their team to meet increasing client needs across various speciality sectors. With an extensive pipeline of work in renewable energy, defence, sustainable transport/infrastructure, and public sector procurement, this is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and engaging projects.

As a Projects Associate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside market-leading experts and provide regulatory and commercial legal advice. Our client's reputation and status allow their team to regularly tender for some of the most innovative and important projects nationwide.

The Projects team is Tier 1 ranked and known for being one of the largest Projects Departments outside of London. They have received recognition as 'leaders in their fields' (Legal 500, 2024). The partners in the team have a wealth of experience and are known for being approachable and collaborative, creating an excellent learning and development environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant, practical experience providing regulatory and commercial legal advice on large-scale projects.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage a complex workload effectively.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrable experience or interest within any of the key sectors (Energy, Defence, Sustainable Transport/Infrastructure, or public procurement) is highly desirable. ,
  • It is a requirement for this role to be a registered lawyer with the SRA or Law Society of Scotland.
