Property Adjuster - London/Southeast

A superb opportunity has arisen at a global insurance business for a Property Adjuster to join the team! The role will involve handling a portfolio of domestic losses, from visiting the customer to finalisation of the claim. The adjusters adopt a mix of site, home and office-based working throughout the week. You would be working on your own, but you’ll be a core part of their extensive team of adjusters, and you will have dedicated team-based technical and managerial support working alongside you to assist with the management of your portfolio.

You must be able to demonstrate empathy and provide excellent customer service, showing understanding and support throughout the claims process. You should have strong negotiation skills to reach fair and satisfactory settlements for all parties. And an understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and the technical aspects of property damage assessment.
