Nexus Recruitment are seeking a Property Admin for a new opportunity that has arisen within a real estate firm near to Crawley. Your main responsibilities will be to support the team on daily delegated tasks all the while gaining invaluable experience within the leasehold sector. This is a vibrant office with a social team and my client is looking for a Property Admin who wants a career within the property sector long-term.

Core duties:

  • Support the team with varying tasks that are delegated daily, including general administration
  • Telephone and email correspondence with leaseholders
  • Obtaining quotations for upcoming works
  • Arrange day-to-day maintenance with third parties
  • Completing LPE1 forms
  • Sending out notices

Working among a sociable team, this position is an office-based role. There is a great energy to the office across the teams, with lots of departments to learn from and progress towards long term should you wish to.

Required attributes:

  • Strong property admin / general property background, essential
  • A genuine passion for the sector
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Enthusiastic and engaging personality
