Nexus Recruitment are seeking a Property Admin for a new opportunity that has arisen within a managing agent in Bromley. Your main responsibilities will be to support the team on daily tasks, all the while gaining invaluable experience to progress your career within the property sector and property management specifically. This is a vibrant office with a very social team and my client is looking for someone who wants a career within property long-term.

Core duties:

  • Support the team with varying tasks that are delegated daily
  • General admin tasks
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Obtaining quotations for upcoming works
  • Arrange day-to-day maintenance with third parties

This position is office based, however long-term home working is something that will be available as you progress within the business. This is a new position for the company due to a growing requirement for support across the team. The client would like to see someone ambitious and driven for a career within property long-term, as they would very much like to invest and train someone from the start of their career.

Required attributes:

  • Experience within the property sector
  • Admin experience
  • A genuine passion for the sector
  • Enthusiastic and engaging in personality
