Job Title: Property Administration Assistant
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Hours: Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00
Duration: Permanent
Description:
A well established and successful Solicitors are seeking a Property Administration Assistant to provide an effective support to their Conveyancing team.
Key Duties:
- Providing support to the Solicitors to enable them to operate efficiently.
- Putting together legal bundles and preparing correspondence using our case management system.
- Attending to clients both on the telephone and in person.
- Administering filing systems which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files.
- Drafting contracts and administering Legal Searches on Properties.
Key Skills/Experience Required:
- Have experience working within a legal environment.
- Demonstrate initiative and possess high levels of speed and accuracy.
- Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
- Be highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.
