This is a full time office based role, Monday-Thursday 9.30am-5.30pm and Friday's 9.30am-2.30pm which allows the successful candidate to have a balanced work schedule with shorter hours on Fridays. Parking is also provided.
Key Responsibilities:
o Dealing with phone calls from tenants and handling queries
o Set up tenancy agreements
o Dealing with incoming phone calls regarding property maintenance and communication reports
o Liaising with contractors and scheduling in maintenance works
o Managing and chasing rent payments.
o Entering supplier invoices into in-house database
o Maintain compliance and certification records relating to individual properties
o Meeting and greeting prospective clients
o Manage office supplies and procurement of stationary
o Perform accurate data entry tasks
Skills:
o Proficiency in MS Office.
o Strong organisational and time-management skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
o Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
