Property Administrator/Contract change Negotiator - Fulltime Permanent - £28-30k Salary - Progression
Our client is a well established, reputable agency offering excellent propgression as well as training.
They are currently looking for a Tenancy Changes Negotiator to join their Richmond head office. You'll be responsible for looking after any changes and negotiations within their clients tenancy agreements.
The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of the company.
Responsibilties for the Tenancy Change Administrator Include:
-Working with tenanciy contracts and communicating with tenancts and landlords
-Maintaining tenancy records and making sure everything is accuate
-Prioritise and manage workload to keep to deadlines
-Working with our local offices to understand local markets
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
-Excellent communication skills
-Impecable attention to detail
-Organised and work well to deadlines
-A keen interest in being a team player
Hours: Mmonday to Friday 9am-6pm (1 day from home after probatoin)
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience
