Collins Property Recruitment are working in partnership with an independent commercial property agency, based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

They provide specialist advice on industrial and office property in Hertfordshire, with an established and leading presence in the local market they have a wide range of instructions from small units to major headquarter buildings.

The business is now expanding and keen to add a marketing assistant to the existing team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming calls and enquiries, with both new and existing applicants and clients.
  • Working closely with the team management which will include liaising with surveyors and solicitors
  • Assisting with creating and updating marketing materials
  • Assisting with producing marketing reports
  • Managing/processing letting and sale requirements
  • Attending viewings

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Must have previous property experience or relevant property qualification
  • Knowledge of Hertfordshire geography
  • Attention to detail is essential with excellent time management
  • Word and Excel proficient
  • Must have car for business purposes - essential for viewings
  • Happy to work as part of a small team

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is seeking a long-term move. Office hours are Mon/Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm. 28 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays) + 3 additional days over Christmas. Car parking available on site.
