A highly regarded property agency in Guildford is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in property, lettings, or administrative support to develop their career within a professional and well-established company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative processes related to lettings and property management
  • Maintain accurate tenancy files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Update internal systems and support day-to-day office operations
  • Assist in delivering a high level of customer service at all times
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a property or administrative role (lettings experience preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using property software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
