Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative processes related to lettings and property management
Maintain accurate tenancy files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Update internal systems and support day-to-day office operations
Assist in delivering a high level of customer service at all times
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a property or administrative role (lettings experience preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using property software and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
