Role Overview

Based in our Salisbury office, you’ll be responsible for having your own case load of vacant residential properties, pro-actively managing those properties through the stages of sale, including pre assessment, management of marketing, negotiating offers with the appointed estate agents to the best possible sale price, and driving the sale through to exchange and completion, working with our conveyancing solicitors.

Team Overview

Savills Asset Management team provides a comprehensive suite of services to the UK's leading housing associations, banks, mortgage lenders and private investors. With a tailored approach to each client, they manage the entire lifecycle of a vacant residential property, from pre valuation through to completion of sale. The department comprises of 15 people.
