Experienced Property Management & Block Management Inspector is needed with knowledge of Resident &/or Rentman Software or any Property Management software to represent this established small team of Letting & Managing Agents in North West London.

My client is looking for someone who can be responsible for basic Inspections, reporting their condition, taking meter readings, meeting utility personnel and contractors at properties and blocks within a close geographical area in North West London. Along with supporting the Property Management & Block Management division, answering calls, dealing with property queries, helping with with maintenance enquiries, and calls/emails from clients and tenants.

The Successful person must be a team player with a friendly flexible attitude who is very efficient and have an excellent eye for detail. Someone who is willing to help and support with a smile.
