A fantastic opportunity to become a Property Claims Advisor for one of the largest insurance companies in the UK. The client prides themselves on providing exceptional service for their clients, as well as ensuring the happiness and growth of their employees.

As a leading figure in the claim arena, it’s this same mentality that ensures their clients are happy and the client base grows. The Property Claims Advisor will be responsible for supporting a claims portfolio, coordinating appointments and providing information for reports.

In return, the Property Claims Advisor will expect a salary of up to £32,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact to the claimants, brokers and agents
  • Coordinating appointments and diary management
  • Working with Major & Complex Loss Adjusters
  • Supporting with a claims portfolio of high value and complex claims
Skills & Requirements:
  • Insurance claims background is imperative
  • Commercial and Domestic claims experience
  • Team player with a passion for helping others
  • Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
  • Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met
