Property Compliance Officer

Teqniq is searching for a Property Compliance Officer to work in the public sector.

37 hours per week.

3 months contract.

09:00-17:30

Job Description:

Undertakes fire safety and other statutory compliance checks for the Authority’s housing stock. This may involve fire risk assessment & reviews, fire door inspections, fire strategic plans, PEEPS, fire alarm testing, fire related resident engagement, legionella risk assessments, Emergency light inspections and other associated Health and Safety checks.

You will be spending most of your time out and about visiting residents within their homes or blocks, so need to be happy lone working and great working with our customers.

** The role will require you to drive so a full UK drivers license and access to a vehicle is requirement for this role. **
