Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Property Coordinator - Cladding Remediation Team at Rendall & Rittner, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive support to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across our managed properties. You will be part of a dedicated team working to maintain the highest standards of safety and well-being for all residents and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety team, ensuring health and safety compliance for properties under management.
- Assist in maintaining and updating compliance trackers, safety records, and documentation.
- Monitor and manage health and safety project software and assist in project coordination.
- Work with various teams to ensure health and safety policies are adhered to on-site.
- Ensure that regular safety audits and inspections are conducted across properties.
- Assist with risk assessments and follow up on actions arising from safety inspections.
- Report and escalate any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Keep up to date with relevant safety regulations and the Building Safety Act.
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within property management or health and safety.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience with compliance tracking, safety inspections, or risk assessments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., compliance management systems, MS Excel).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
- A willingness to learn and stay up to date on health and safety regulations, including the Building Safety Act.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
