Property Finance Manager
Property Finance Manager. OUR CLIENT are a market leading Estate Agency who are looking for a Finance Manager to join their property finance team. The role will be reporting to the Director of Property Accounts.
THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES for the Property Finance Manager will include:
- Maintaining and reconciling all the payments accounts.
- Reviewing balance of all bank accounts, to ensure that no accounts have overdrawn balances.
- Processing of faster payment and supplier BACS payments.
- Supervising the Banking and Finance Administrators.
- Liaising with the Bank Relationship Manager.
- Processing of the monthly payroll for this team.
- Monthly reconciliation of the invoice block and control of the debtor account.
- Reconciliations and moving of client’s payroll VAT to their company bank account or notional account.
THE PERSON and SKILLS REQUIREMENTS for the Property Finance Manager:
- A proven track record in property accounting ideally within the block property management field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Highly organised.
