Job Title: Property Inventory Clerk / Lettings Specialist
Location: Sidcup
Employment: Type: Full-Time (5 Days per Week, including Saturdays)

We are an independent letting agency based in Sidcup, committed to providing outstanding service to both landlords and tenants. We are looking for an experienced, all-around Lettings Specialist to join us. If you’re passionate about the property industry, self-driven, and looking for a role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiator:
    • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing properties and answering any queries.
    • Provide clear and transparent information regarding tenancy agreements, rental terms, and property features.
    • Support tenants through the application process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Inspections / Inventories / Check-Out Inspections:
    • Conduct property inspections, prepare detailed inventory reports, and manage the tenant check-in/check-out processes.
    • Ensure properties meet compliance and safety standards before, during, and after tenancies.
  • General Office Tenancy Administration:
    • Handle landlord / tenant queries, progression of files, and compliance documentation.
    • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date in line with current regulations.
    • Liaise with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service and support.
    • Register tenants and landlords on the portal, and keeping this up to date at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in inventories/inspections, lettings, property management, or a similar role in the lettings industry.
  • Car Ownership: A valid driving license and your own vehicle are essential for this role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using property software.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and independently.
  • Flexible: Willing to work 5 days a week, including every Saturday, with a day off in the week.
