Property Investment Consultant

We're looking for dynamic and driven individuals who have a proven record in sales and want to make their mark in the property investment sector to join our Award Winning Property Investment Team. Responsibilities:

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and investors
• Analysing and evaluating potential investment prospects
• Conducting thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends
• Providing expert guidance to clients regarding buy-to let options and strategies
• Successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets

Skills required:

• Highly organised, hardworking, ability to multi-task in changing market conditions.
• Demonstrated success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience
• A solid grasp of property investment mathematics, including concepts such as yields, interest cover, and loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, is crucial for success in this field.
• The capability to cross-sell across various projects and locations, enhancing the potential for business growth and expansion.
• Confident, articulate, and self-motivated.
• Exceptional and demonstrated expertise in sales and effective closing techniques.
• While prior knowledge of the property investment sector is advantageous, it is not obligatory.
• Demonstrating the capacity to work autonomously as well as cooperatively within a team.

Pay: Basic: £22,000.00 OTE £60,000.00 per year
