Job Title: Property Lawyer - Solicitor or Legal Executive

Location: Guildford or Southampton

Hours: Full-time, permanent

We seek an experienced Property Lawyer to join a top, regional career law firm. You will be working with the Financial Services Litigation team, and Real Estate Teams to deliver a first-class conveyancing service for proper repossession. This newly created role offers a progressive career path, managing your own case load.

The client prides itself on supporting clients and communities and is recognized as a Times Top 100 law firm to work for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide integrated conveyancing services for repossessed properties.
  • Manage your own caseload and collaborate closely with the FSL and Property Teams.
  • Help build and expand your client base, focusing on lender clients.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, anticipating and responding to client needs promptly.

About You:

  • Experienced conveyancer with expertise in repossessed property conveyancing (desirable).
  • Experience acting for lender clients on repossession sales and post-completion matters (desirable).
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative approach to work.
  • Passionate about excellent client service and eager to grow the team.
