Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – Home Counties – Up to £55 per hour Umbrella ­­­– Remote Working – 3 months – Full Time (37 hours per week)

Job Title: Locum Commercial Property Lawyer

Location: Home Counties based Local Authority 
Rate: Up to £55 per hour Umbrella
Working Hours:
Full Time (37 hours per week), remote working


Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Local Authority based in the Home Counties in their search for an experienced Locum Commercial Property Lawyer.  This is a full-time position where you will be handling a variety of land and property matters.

Duties include:

  • Providing expert advice and supporting the Council on all commercial property matters such as leases, wayleaves, licences, disposals, and lease extensions
  • Representing the Authority’s clients and negotiating with third parties on any commercial property related matters
  • Drafting, amending, and finalising legal documents crucial to a variety of property matters
  • Providing expert advice on all aspects of local authority land transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and governance standards
