An excellent Property Lettings Marketing Assistant has been created for an international prestigious consultancy client based in London. Our client, a very fast growth business has been featured in numerous newspapers and recognised to be at the forefront of this industry.

A significant number of properties will be within Zone 1.

A truly excellent role for a candidate wishing to join the company on a permanent basis.

We are seeking a Property Marketing Assistant with experience of dealing with the lettings of several superprime central London properties

• To ensure all properties are marketed with agencies
• Creating brochures & organising professional photos.
• Support the day-to-day running of the marketing function
• Ensuring compliance at all times
• Co-ordinating and updating all rental details
• Handle inquiries from various sources (telephone, internet, social media) in a professional manner

• Liasing with agencies
• Working closely with the Lettings Manager & Administration team
• Creating property brochures
• Researching rental prices & market mapping areas
• Maintaining internal CRM database
• Ensuring professional property photographs are taken & approved for advertising
• The client has added 80 properties to its portfolio in the last 8-12 months taking it to over 200.

Candidates

• Very good experience of the residential lettings market and marketing Superprime London properties
• Excellent people skills
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess sound numerical and IT skills to include MS packages and experience of property management software

WORK FROM HOME:

The client is undergoing significant growth, they do not feel working from home is right for them at this time, this may change in the future, but the successful candidates needs to bear in mind that this is working from the office Monday to Friday from the office. 9-6pm
